Gemma Woodward

Manager - Safeguarding lead - Special educational needs co-ordinator - Level 3

Tadpole Leader

Gemma has been at the setting since 2019 and has been in childcare for 15 years. She is the safeguarding lead for the setting. Gemma is SENDCo and holds a SENDCo level 3 qualification. Gemma is in setting 4 days a week and works in office out of setting on a Friday.

Gemma is currently completing her level 5 in childcare.

Hannah Winbourne

Deputy - Deputy safeguarding lead - Special educational needs co-ordinator - Level 3

Frog group leader

Hannah has been at the setting since 2018 and has been working in childcare for over 10 years. Hannah is deputy, deputy safeguarding lead and SENDCo and holds a SENDCo level 3 qualification.

Hannah is also leader of the Tadpole group and works alongside Corrinne.

Hannah is in setting Monday, Tue, Wed and Friday.

Hannah is currently completing her level 5 qualification on a thursday.

Tracey Pitcher

Level 3 Practitioner- Special educational needs co-ordinator level 2

Tadpole group

Tracey has been in the setting since 2016 where she completed her level 3 qualification with us. Tracey has recently completed her level 2 SENDCo qualification. Tracey is leader of the frog group and will work alongside Hope and Becky.

Tracey is in setting Monday - Friday

Corrinne Adams

Level 3 Qualified

Frog group

Corrinne started working at our setting in April 2025. Before this Corrinne had been a volunteer at our setting for 1 day a week. Corrinne is working in the Tadpole group with Hannah and is in setting Mon, Tues, Thur and Friday.

Hope Brookes

Unqualified

Frog group / 1-1 practitioner

Hope started working with us since October 2024. Hope is working in the frog group with Tracey and Becky and is in setting Monday - Friday.

Becky Morris

Level 3 Qualified

Frog group

Becky is new to the setting in 2026 but has previous experience working in a nursey.

Becky is working in the frog group with Tracey and Hope.

Becky is in setting Mon - Fri
