Gemma Woodward

Manager - Safeguarding lead - Special educational needs co-ordinator - Level 3

Tadpole Leader

Gemma has been at the setting since 2019 and has been in childcare for 15 years. She is the safeguarding lead for the setting. Gemma is SENDCo and holds a SENDCo level 3 qualification. Gemma is lead of the Tadpole group and works alongside Tracey and Suzanne. Gemma is in setting 4 days a week and works in office out of setting on a Friday.

Hannah Winbourne

Deputy - Deputy safeguarding lead - Special educational needs co-ordinator - Level 3

Frog group leader

Hannah has been at the setting since 2018 and has been working in childcare for over 10 years. Hannah is deputy, deputy safeguarding lead and SENDCo and holds a SENDCo level 3 qualification.

Hannah is also leader of the frog group and works alongside Alana and Corrinne

Alana Isnch

Level 3 - Special educational needs co-ordinator level 2 - Frog group

Alana has been working at the setting since 2012. Alana has recently completed her level 2 SENDCo qualification. Alana is in our Frog group working alongside Hannah and Corrinne

Tracey Pitcher

Level 3 Practitioner- Special educational needs co-ordinator level 2

Tadpole group

Tracey has been in the setting since 2016 where she completed her level 3 qualification with us. Tracey has recently completed her level 2 SENDCo qualification. Tracey works in our Tadpole group working alongside Suzanne and Gemma. Tracey is in setting Monday - Friday

Corrinne Adams

Level 3 Qualified

Frog group

Corrinne started working at our setting in April 2025. Before this Corrinne had be a volunteer at our setting for 1 day a week. Corrinne is working in the Frog group alongside Alana and Hannah.

Corrinne works in setting Tuesday - Friday

Hope Brookes

Unqualified

Frog group / 1-1 practitioner

Hope started working with us since October 2024. She is a 1-1 practitioner and is in setting Monday - Friday.

Suzanne Hamer

Level 2 Qualified - Special educational needs co-ordinator level 2

Tadpole group

Suzanne started with us in 2020 as a volunteer and then started her apprentaship with us in 2021. She completed her level 2 childcare qualification. Suzanne is working in the tadpole group alongside Tracey and Gemma, she is in setting Mon - Fri (minus Tues & Thur pm)
